The Restaurant

A rustic feel with exposed brick, and natural wood beams, clear tear drop lightbulbs hang from an exposed ceiling. This industrial style interior is offset by a presence of subtle, yet chic modernism.

Locally sourced fresh produce and products, Silverain's understands, and is inspired by, the importance of Canadian foods and flavours, while doing our part to support the local economy.

About the Chef

Riel Silverain has always had a passion for food. A graduate of George Brown’s culinary program, Riel’s roots stem from her Ojibwa background.
Silverain's is proud to have a female leading the kitchen, and a chef with forward thinking creations. Riel’s interest is in all types of food and her main goal is making guests happy with her menus.
